QHSE Policy

Carcom Installations are suppliers, installers and maintainers of quality Land and Marine based electronics and communications equipment.

 Carcom Installations is committed to ensuring that all personnel act with a high level of professionalism and probity, at all times.   We are committed both as an organization and individually to providing service excellence for all our clients, through our adherence to the best work practices based on compliance with the following International and Australian standards:

  • o        ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
  • o        ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management
  • o        AS/NZ4801:2001 Safety Management         

In addition to the above standards, the Company will comply with applicable legislation, regulations and acts for OH&S, environmental protection and any other industry requirements.

Our Management and personnel are empowered to strive for distinction and to exceed these standards whenever possible, through our continual review and improvement processes.  This continual improvement process will identify weaknesses in the system so action can be taken to assist the effectiveness of the QHSE Management System.

The Company will establish measurable and achievable objectives and targets for quality, safety and environmental that will monitor performance with the aim to produce the highest standard of operations, elimination of work related injury and illness and prevention of pollution.

This policy will be communicated to all personnel, contractors and visitors to ensure compliance with policy requirements and will be made available to interested parties.  This policy will also be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains relevant and suitable for the Company and its operations.

The Company is committed to providing high quality products and services that consistently satisfy its Customers.  A customer focus, control of operational processes and management reviews will be an important part of the Company’s quality management system.

 

 SAFETY

The Company is committed to providing a safe working environment and does this by engaging its people to continually improve workplace safety. In this regard, the Company endeavour to:

  • ·         Train and hold individual employees accountable for their area of responsibility,
